Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NIM CRM. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

NIM CRM is a customer-relationship-management tool for small teams. It is currently in early access and free to use. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into this agreement.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use NIM CRM to store unlawful content or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Don’t attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access other tenants’ data.
• Only store personal data of others where you have a lawful basis to do so.

Your data & ownership

You own the data you put into NIM CRM. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Availability

During early access the service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may be unavailable from time to time. We’ll do our best to keep it running and to give notice of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Keep your own backups of critical information (you can export at any time).

Termination

You may stop using NIM CRM and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
