Privacy Policy

This policy explains what NIM CRM (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. NIM CRM is part of the NIM suite operated by Nexinfinity Meta.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider) when you sign up.
• Workspace data you enter — the contacts, companies, deals, activities, notes, and tasks you and your team create. This is your data; you control it.
• Usage & technical data — basic logs needed to operate the service securely (e.g. error reports, request metadata).

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, run the features you ask for (including AI drafting and summaries when you trigger them), prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your workspace to train AI models.

How it is stored & protected

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in our managed Postgres database. Every workspace is isolated at the database level (row-level security), so your data is only ever accessible to your team. Access is on a least-privilege basis.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run NIM CRM, including Supabase (database, authentication, and storage) and, when you use the AI co-pilot, Anthropic (to generate the requested draft or summary). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

Your rights & choices

• Access & export — export your contacts, companies, and deals as CSV any time from Settings.
• Deletion — delete records (recoverable from the recycle bin, then permanently) or ask us to delete your account and its data.
• Correction — edit your data directly in the app.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and remember your active workspace. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
